"Fusion Welding"
Fusion Welding is the term for the amazing way we can
save just about anything cast iron, no matter how good a job you did breaking
it!
The basic process involves grinding cracks away
and/or grinding surfaces to prepare for welding. Then the entire piece
is heated before welding. This allows both the weld and the new material
to better bond. After welding any machine work needed is done to bring
to part to like new condition.
